The IVEC 2020 Conference will be held at the Monterey Marriott Hotel, Monterey, CA USA. Dates of the Conference are April 20-23, 2020.

TABLETOP RENTAL COST
The fee for purchasing space is $950, including a 6-ft. table and two chairs. Upon request electrical power in the form of a 110-V line will be provided. A separate registration fee is required for admittance to the technical sessions.

SET-UP AND DISMANTLING
Exhibitors must be set up on Tuesday, April 20th by 9:00 am. A decorator has not been engaged for this show; therefore, all exhibitors will need to bring in their displays themselves. Tabletops should be dismantled after 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 26th.
HOW TO RESERVE A TABLETOP
Tabletops will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A secure web site has been set up at IVEC 2020 Exhibits to register for a tabletop exhibit and to view the floorplan. Deadline for payment of exhibit space is February 2, 2020.
No refunds will be issued after February 2, 2020.
